Well it's the summer and I thought I would bring back the Would You Or Would You Not section. This week its Josie Cunningham. You may not know that but she is the bint who had a boob job on the NHS so she could be a "glamour model". She is also currently in the news as we are now paying for her to have a personal taxi service because she gets too much attention on public transport.
