sun had an article in it today,saying eddie davies has had to pump some urgent funds into the club just to keep us afloat.it says our parachute payment has had to go straight to Barclays bank.maybe things are worse than we thought. :blue: :blue: :blue:
Yeah, I saw that article too. Does this mean we owe zero to Barclays now? Seeing as though our bank debt was supposed to be around 10 million.
Anyway, this was perfect timing this article, just when us fans were getting our hopes up on launching a bid for Juke.
this is a massive fit up from day one, we are being blinded by the club in terms of how we got so far into Eddie's cash with so very little to show for it!
Business sense of a rabied squirrel to lead the club from where it was at the higher end of the prem with big star players and a full stadium dishing out beatings to those we previously feared. Now we are failing to buy second rate boro rejects and are gutted that we have even missed out.
ALL that money has just gone... poof... and to where?
We just need to remember that these people are running the club how it suits them, not us!

When is the result of that Court case likely to be out...when Gartslime will no doubt have to get out the begging bowl yet again when he loses the case and the club not only has to pay damages but also the massive legal costs

Seriously though mate I've seen the parachute payment go to pay off Barclays (which is good?) but not sure yet about the implications of Eddie Davies putting more money in. Need to get my intelligent university head on and digest all the information before coming up with a reasoned conclusion ;D ;D
