I'm going to see one of her concerts at the Apollo next month. The tickets went in a matter of minutes. I went straight for what I thought would be one of the less popular nights towards the end of the run, and got lucky. I'll be back in Row X of the Circle but at least I'll be there. She only ever did one previous concert tour.Quote:

I wasn't that bothered but she was a big fan of Kate Bush so I managed to get tickets.
To be fair it's easily one of the best gigs I've been to!!
Such a unique artist. Her voice used to really anny me, like fingernails down a chalk board, but in the last decade or so I've come to really like her stuff. I still prefer China Drum's version of Wuthering Heights though!
Heard on the radio that she's put a statement asking for people not to film her performances on mobile phones whilst at the concerts. Thank god for that, is there anything more annoying than some balloon head standing in front of you sticking their phone in the air and will likely as not never watch again?
Whilst i don't own any of her music, i can help but admire that she makes unique music on her own terms. Whenever i heard her interviewed she comes across as very down to earth and somewhat bemused by the attention she receives

As Shotts said, I respect her but I wouldn't be rushing to buy tickets for this. A number of people no
Bush being carried off by fish creatures? Her son on stage cooking sausages?
No wonder some of the crowd were left in tears, I'd be no different if I'd shelled out for such sh1t.
Last time I heard her she was singing Baboobska or something.
She used to be in my **** bank for years.Too scared to look now though.:s
