do we lack a leader?
imo we have a squad to finish half way up the championhip.
where we fail is a on the pitch leader.
collin; hes a good keeper but where is his organisation, esp at corners? he should be bossing the defence
captain morgan; everything he does is in silence. you may see him point but thats it. maybe his beard is to hide his sown up mouth.
arni; talks to players around him but when it gets tough he goes quiet and looks at the ground.
frecks/smallwood/green in the middle. ive spoken to all three after games and i could hardly hear them in a quiet room nemind in a 10k+ stadium.
the crowd was sooo quiet on saturday but still we never heard a millers player try to organise his mates.
yes we could say SE/PR have enough mouth for the whole team but we need that fight and organisation on the pitch.
sadly i see a team of followers...

re: do we lack a leader?
IIMO Morgan's been a good Captain but I think it should be given to Frecklington, he is generally the first to go up to officials/players when any things wrong.
I also see him bringing the players in the game ,when he is allowed that is.
There was no leader on the pitch on Saturday because it was a pointless job to do when you had Raynor and Evans at the player's constantly and that's the reason the game was a joke.
The players should be able to use their own head when on pitch with little interference from the bench.
