Only a suggestion, but as we are all getting more accurate with gates B) XD , I'm wondering if it the points can be re-jigged?

Instead of...

30 points if correct.
20 points if within 500.
10 points within 1000.

Say...

100 points if spot on (unlikely)
50 points within 50
40 points within 100
30 points within 200
20 points within 500
10 points within 1000

Yes I would like to comment I think you just want to give Hull more work he has already got one extra this season ;-)

It's just that I thought the "reward" for getting it dead right (30 points) compared to 20 points within 500 was a bit unbalanced.

Good, but I still think we need summat for where you get damn close, which essentially is what I think is needed.

How about:-

100 Points if correct.
75 Points within 25
50 Points within 50
25 Points within 500
10 Points within 1000

If that is too much to deal with/count then drop the last one of 10 for within 1000?

Yeah that sounds alright MMM. Will do that points scoring system at the start of the year which will be the Southampton cup game. If everyone is okay with that?
