Tom Eaves
Signed from Oldham in 2010 as a brilliant new prospect. He was 18 at the time and was sent out on loan to Bristol City, where he did well. At the end of the loan period he was still considered to be too raw for the BWFC first team and was loaned to Shrewsbury where he scored 25 goals in one season (including a hat-trick) and became a local hero, after which Wanderers recalled him back. Then he went on loan to Rotherham , where he was a failure. Went back to Shrewsbury on loan, and failed again. Now on loan at Yeovil and according to the TV commentator today "is suffering a loss of confidence, and hasn't scored in the last 6 matches."
Wonder if he will ever make the grade at Bolton, or anywhere else?

It's a shame for the lad but i don't think we will ever see him in a Bolton shirt again!

re: Tom Eaves
Well he's back at Bolton now so let's see what Lennon thinks of him. If he goes straight back out on loan again then I reckon his days are completely numbered with us.
According to my daughter there's been some sort of Twitter issue with him and Bolton fans. No idea what as I don't use Twitter. If it's him bad-mouthing BWFC or fans giving him stick then maybe it's the end of the road???
