Not much to add, SaintD continues to lead Brock stays 2nd and a little movement back to 7. SD making up some ground.

Not to bad thanks Proc just no energy, thyroid levels have dropped, meds increased should level out in the next couple of weeks.
Hope it does Grannie meanwhile don't feel obliged about this, put yourself first... and if you need anyone to help with this just say. I'm sure there will be someone.
