Yes Rotherham have become the Dads Army of the championship, how many games this season have we conceded 2 or more goals with a mad 10 minutes and how many since xmas. It must be 8 or 10 games

Once we concede we fall apart we are not capable of slowing the game, and keeping calm. Now I think the players expect to concede again as soon as we concede the 1st, what are the management team doing about it I wonder

Said almost exactly the same to my lad on the way home. You can see the confidence drain away, the panic set in almost every time we concede. We forget what's gone on the rest of the game, surrender great swathes of territory and retreat to our penalty area as if it's a place of sanctuary - which it clearly isn't.

Evans has changed the defence so many times this season, brought in innumerable loan signings but the pattern doesn't change. Rather than spend too much time on the training ground in the next two weeks it would be worth investing in a few sessions with a sports psychologist. Try something different because whatever we're doing now it's not working.
