I did the same ,but on some sky boxs you can retrieve programmes that have been deleted by mistake.Recovering deleted items from your planner - Sky Community will tell you how ,cheers.
If she watches crap like Towie I would get shut ASAP. XD
Right,go on the planner,scroll right till you see deleted items,bingo, press undelete.UTM ;D
