The damage was done a while ago but that tonight was a new low in this horrendous season. Midfield non existent throughout, defence threw in two cheap goals and we strut around in the second half in a must win game not giving a ****.
We are going down with a whimper and the players and manager should be ashamed of themselves. Baraclough has been a disastrous appointment and with his own signings has taken us from 10th to staring the playoffs in the face. Him, and those who appointed him should be relieved of their duties.
The team's attitude was rotten tonight. They simply didn't turn up apart from a few flashes when we got no breaks. No desire no bite no determination no fight no bookings. It was obvious they weren't up for it as early as 10 minutes in. Something somewhere isn't right. They had 2 weeks to prepare for this do or die game and simply flopped. No excuses.
The team deserve every bit of abuse they received after that, shocking
I'm assuming Barra has done a Butchers by telling the dross who are unfit to play for us that they were to be binned at the seasons end. Nice one. Bring on The Sevco.Quote:

I think we're in trouble. Even before Stephen went off it wasn't looking good, but that just put the tin lid on it. 'Hoofball' I think they call it; bad enough at the best of times, but suicidal on an artificial pitch - it's nearly impossible to get backspin on a chipped pass. I'm surprised that no one seems to have noticed. For the last half - hour the plot was well and truly lost. Have we ever failed to score in four visits to a ground in one season ever before?
Not surprisingly, the knives are out. I'm surprised, though, that some of our fans want to stick one in Marvin Johnson. I think the man does all right for us. And should we not put all the stuff about a 'clear - out' on hold until the dust settles on the season? However pessimistic we may feel after tonight the fact is that we're not down yet. Others clearly feel differently, but giving up on them at this critical point is something I couldn't do. I can't see how it helps.
