little more info ...
The former Millwall man arrived at Blackburn from the Den in 2013, following his first season in the Championship, and his only season at the Lions. He was Gary Bowyer’s first signing at the club, along with Alan Judge and Simon Eastwood.
The 28-year-old played a stunning role in the clubs FA Cup run this year, where they lost out to Premier League giants Liverpool, as he made four appearances, scoring three times.
He’s an attacking midfield player, and could be the latest addition to Steve Evans’ Rotherham rebuild.
Been ruled out along with Corentin by Mr Stewart
The theory is if we keep trying all the players called Taylor we'll eventually get one we like XDQuote:

Rotherham United are close to completing deals with players who have verbally agreed to come to the Millers.
Who says so? Well Chairman Tony Stewart in The Advertiser, and we won`t be arguing with him will we?
Apparently rumours that Blackburn`s Chris Taylor is on his way aren`t true - likewise the rumour that French striker Jean Corentin are also way off mark. We are also told that Stoke City`s Andy Wilkinson will also be going elsewhere
The grapevine has also been smattered with 'sightings` of Hull City`s defender Joe Dudgeon in and around the Stadium while those 'in the know` say we will be signing Forest`s Danny Fox. We've also heard the of Fox's team mate at Forest Greg Halford linked with Rotherham.
And, of course, we can`t let a Millers rumour article go by without mentioning that former striker Adam Le Fondre is set for a return (although his wages will probably be a stumbling block). We also have to keep our beady eyes on James Ta
According to one of the staff, all potential signings were warned that if they or they're agent leaked the interest, the discussion would cease. I'm told this has curtailed the interest in Taylor and Halford. A directive set by TS himself after the ****e with Gypsie May.
