ot - Warwickshire v Yorkshire
Are there any cricket fans on here ?
This might not appeal to most of you but if any of you are cricket fans then I suppose Warwickshire (the Bears) would be your team wouldnt they ?
We have just had an unbelievable day at the ground in Birmingham, knocking you lot out for 69 (they dont call us Yorkies champions for nothing you know ;)).
One thing that really pees me off though is we're missing a third of our county team now because they are on England duty for the upcoming ahses. What if footy adopted this idea, of having all international games at the same time as all club sides (with NO exceptions) ?

Gloster & Wuster Eve ?
Pahhh! They are both pretenders to Yorkshires throne XD
re: ot - Warwickshire v Yorkshire
Sus*** born and a Sus*** fan, me Acido. However, they seem to have their finger firmly on the self destruct button this season! :/
re: ot - Warwickshire v Yorkshire
Worcestershire for me Acido, you need to go on the Sandwell board to ask about the Bears.

Ok lads I might be showing my ignorance here, Im from West Yorkshire of course and Im not really clued up at all about the West Midlands. Is the Wolverhampton & West Bromwich area more Worcestershire then, rather than Warwickshire ?
I learn something new every day on Footymad!! :blue:
ps - If your from Sus*** Woking, do you know Dave Valder the Baggies fan who also lives in Brighton, and who also loves chatting about films (not movies) on footymad :D

I have seen some of his posts Acido, but that is all. Perhaps you could persuade him to contribute to the film thread if you have a rapport with him?

Being born and bred in Dudley when it was part of Worcestershire there was only gonna be one county for me.
Still got my membership at New Rd,and travel to some of the away games as well.
Went to Trent Bridge last week when yet again we threw away a match which we probably should have won.Virtually every game this season we have been in winning positions only for the batters to throw it away in the second innings.
Probably due to having the youngest side in the league we will learn from expierence as they get older.
Not sure Bumpy Rhodes can take us any futher, weve now become the yo-yo club and probably need a change at the top.
Just getting my stuff ready to travel to Worcester although the dark clouds look pretty bleak from my back garden looking towards the Shropshire hills.
