current financial situation

Two weeks ago I sent the following letter to John Bowler.

He hasn't acknowledged receiving the letter nor has he replied. (The club confirmed that the letter had been received and passed on.)

Just what is going on?

Dear Mr Bowler,

I received my copy of the annual accounts for the club in March of this year for the year ending 30th June 2014.
The covering letter explained that it was not proposed to hold an AGM this year but that a special shareholders meeting would be held “shortly” to put forward proposals for the future.
To date I cannot trace any communication from the club regarding this meeting, has it taken place yet? If not just when it will take place, we are now what I would consider to be well beyond “shortly” after

Maybe he has gone out on a boat like R Maxwell, You would think the Local Paper would investigate it but i think there to scared to ask questions in case they get thrown out of the ground. "What is going on"

mmmmm, it smacks of arrogance, ignorance, complacency and hubris! Qualities obviously needed for an OBE.

As a shareholder I will write to Bowler , refer him to the letter and request an explanation of why shareholders requests are being ignored.
