Burnley criticisms

Just reading cm this evening, and its amazing how similar their criticisms of their side are to our own. Gray isolated, too much long ball, no creativity centrally, too much sideways and backwards etc

I'll bet most fans in the division feel similar about their teams. Personally I blame the modern day cautious approach to the game that's almost universal now. No doubt it feels all the more of a pointless excersise when your team has just been trounced 3-0.

Let's hope Lambert will have a more positive approach given time, though of course without neglecting defensive solidity.
