Both players have plenty of years ahead of them in terms of a footballing career. It's good news that both have signed new deals to hopefully keep them at Wolves for many more years to come. - view external link

" keep them at Wolves for many more years to come", Unless they develop into decent players and get sold on? Sorry, just me.

Decent form and they will go for the right price anyway, same can be said about players at every club. I just hope we get to get and see a few good seasons out of them.
There you go. Let's hope so.Quote:

In the current world of football, only the ManUs and Chelseas of the world can hope to hold onto their prospects that develop. And even they, most often, end up selling them to clubs lower than them for a profit, which they use to subsidize purchases of lower clubs' developed players. Just look at West Brom. They've got a player that 30-40 years ago would have stayed his entire career there and been a club legend. But he wants a chance to play for continental football so he wants to move on (hard to blame him as he's a competitor and wants to be challenged and get rewarded, like most players).
Really, we should be hoping that all our players end up good enough to be the envy of other clubs. And we should hope that we actually take advantage of that talent. That is my disappointment with Sako and Afobe. Not that they moved onto clubs higher than us, but that we didn't go as far as we could with them.
