Strange request fellow Millers Madians - can anyone remember the bearded Star/Green un seller in town? I'm sure I've seen a picture on social media but I can't find it. A mate of mine is growing his beard and I think he is a dead ringer for him. If anyone knows where to find the picture or could post it on here it would be much appreciated.
Oh and has anyone come down from yesterday?

Any one remember Neville from Mexborough, who went around Swinton / Mexborough selling green un's in pubs & clubs on a Saturday night.
Remember one night me & our lass in Swinton Victoria club, turn was on singing away, Neville came in the club & starting shouting " Green Un, Green Un, any one want a Green Un ", one of committee men got hold of him & chucked him through door, so comical. XD
he used to cash all his change in at the Mail Coach in the 70's. He wasn't "too" scruffy in those days but went down hill in his later years. His was Bill....bless him.
