Every player has a price and i reckon a bid of around 1.5 miillon to 2 million will see him on his way. not sure if he would want to go to a club like Rotherham who I think will struggle to stay up next season. if a bigger club like Sheffield Wednesday or Leeds come in for him i think he would want to go back up north. i hope he stays at Millwall because i think we will have good chance of getting promotion if he does which would be worth more then the fee we would get at the moment.Quote:

Tonight on the Wigan new.s now site they are claiming they have made a 1.4 Million offer for Gregs and are confident of concluding the deal this week...can't see that somehow that's less then Rotherham offered
It will take a bid of 2 million to get him and i think its likely he will be on his way before the transfer deadline.
I know its hard to see the star players leave, but its very risky turning down about £1.5 mill.
Although doesnt it make you sick when you see what Prem teams are paying these days, its as though £50 mill is nothing now to them!!
Two mill. Would be a good deal for a twenty seven year old..and remember as much as I love him gregs did nite cut it in the Championship with us...and hopefully Fred is now ready to take his place
