Just an idle thought - Now that female thespians are referred to as "Actors" why do they still have "Best Actress " Awards? Should they not be re-titled.

Just an idle thought - Now that female thespians are referred to as "Actors" why do they still have "Best Actress " Awards? Should they not be re-titled.
After this years Oscars debacle, I can image if they trialed an all inclusive award the out cry there would be if not enough females were nominated. It would almost be impossible for a white Hetero***ual male to win ever again.
