Speaking of the Inter City Owl, there was a sergeant who was on it a lot those days, walking up & down the train looking to annoy someone into getting themselves in bother, which they usually did...he was a right tw@t, also the same guy who knocked me off for under age drinking at Nether Edge Hall, I remember him clipping a young lad round the back of the head once for singing on route to Barnsley.
