Strange that Warne has never even met the player before signing him.
I know he's been in Ireland but he has said repeatedly that players must be of a certain type.

So Barker is a mate of Warne, Potter is a mate of Barker, Potter has never met Warne, Hamshaw says we've been planning recruitment since January, recruitment guy has never heard of Potter and TS has never heard of any of them.

I think its obvious who is in control in the Warne/Barker relationship,and while it might suit Warne,i dont think its good for RUFC.
