I think it was more his desire to stay up north rather than wage demands.
that is why hull and the sh1tkickers are now being touted.
as I've already said. we seem to be able to.out a lot of work into the outgoings.
I think you're right it's that he wants to stay in the North, just that it was reported as wage demands.
I think he'd be better off at Hull with pastures fresh and green rather than trying to shoulder the inevitable abuse he would receive from that lot down below who traditionally have bitter memories and deep grievances.
Also a better chance of success next season with Hull.
