The Manager of the Month award is usually (obviously!) given after a string of victories. Assuming those games are usually against easier opposition then the chances are that trickier games are coming up - hence the fall from Grace.. Exeter and Lincoln (let's not mention Mansfield) were massive victories against in-form teams. Looking at the fixture list, I see only sunshine and roses ahead .....
Look at the fixtures for the next few weeks and most of those near us play each other..
