OT: Gas Boiler service recommendations

I've been let down by my usual service guy and need a problem sorting asap, Mapperley/Arnold area or thereabouts thanks.

A big thanks for these - Richard came out and did the job yesterday afternoon. Ross came back to me but just after I'd booked Richard. Didn't get through to Pete.

A couple of others I tried from other sources including a recommendation from next door still haven't got back to me.

The numbers are in my preferred tradesmen lists.
