Celtic are obviously favourites but their home form this season has been relatively patchy and there's no way they won't have half an eye on Anderlecht. If we're not completely knackered there's no reason we shouldn't give them another decent contest.
Yes, we have a spirited squad and on paper should be capable of giving them a game. I don't think Kevin Clancy will award them a penalty this time but maybe he'll give them two.
Mmm ... hadn't factored in their game against the Belgies tbh. So now, I'm sure we'll end their 'invincibility' at the weekend (or do I)? I'm all over the place if truth be told :-)
The last two games we have went in at halftime 0-0 giving them something to think about. They got out of jail in both games with diabolical penalty decisions,so my thinking is that they will either get a blatant offside goal given or us reduced to ten men in the first half just to help them keep their unbeaten run in their precious 67thgame. Don’t get me wrong I hate to see my team lose, but if we are beaten by the better team fair and square I accept that. But I will never accept CHEATING and that would also apply to my own team
I can't see anything other than a routine Celtic win here and I think they'll do it with a bit to spare.
0-5
No surprise in the end result, a going over was always on the cards today.
The one positive we can take is that that sequence of games is now over and we won't have to play those horrible b4stards and put up with all their baggage again for a while. Back to the normal stuff next Saturday and hopefully we can bounce back at Tynecastle.
