We’re drifting along with no long term vision in terms of style of play developing young players or a culture of winning at theclub.
Not just on the pitch in the background too.
We accept losing because we’re only a little club mentality just little old Rotherham who can’t compete.
After last season I'd say improving slowly, what we've got to remember is that not all new signings are going to work as planned and it may take two or three transfer windows to get things something like.

The club seems to be stagnating
I'm not sure there is even a short-term vision never mind a long-term one.
Crowds are reducing steadily and the chairman is nowhere to be seen.
Whatever happened to incremental improvements?

As the bloke above said. We’re just treading water while we get sorted out. We’ve had a turbulent few seasons and a high turnover of managers. Warney needs to be given time. Time that fans don’t seem to want to give him. Such is the modern game.
