It's downhill all the way when you leave Turf Moor, Tripps is possibly an exception, but he's still not guaranteed to start, I expect his bank manager is pleased enough though.

Ive also said/posted this on the Millwall board, that I always rated Shackells at our club and I wish we could go for this sort of player more often.
Instead of this ridiculous long term plan of ours to stick with players who are under 25, because they might have a good positive sell on clause for us in the future etc. :(
