As it's a private venture between ST and MM at present why would the Dundee United board as whole need to know?
Perhaps Justine leaked it as a patting gift to her brother?
I assume a reason was given to the board for his resignation as chairman?
He doesn't need to give a reason. If I'm embarking on a private venture I'm telling no one.
If he has revealed to the board then he's been needlessly daft.
Maybe we could get him locked up in the Ecuadorian Embassy for a while B)
