Apparently Rush has won his case for unfair dismissal and is making counter claims against the club, the full article makes for some disturbing reading, including false attendance figures.
I suspect, if true, this one could run and run and make some ‘legal eagles’ very wealthy. When you say ‘we’, is that DCFC or Mel Morris?Quote:

I heard that the proverbial hit the fan when Rush raised an invoice in respect of the Akechi Anya deal.
Anya does not have an agent and represents himself so this opened the can of worms on payments made on other signings.
Was only a comment made at the time but would make some sense.
Suspect the ‘accountancy twins’ Roger and Manx may be in high demand on here over all this.
