Accrington Travel - M62 Road Closure

For those travelling to Accrington it is currently being reported in the media that the M62 is closed in West Yorkshire between J27 and J26 due to a collision between two cars with one travelling in the opposite direction. A diversion route is in place between both junctions.

Therefore you may need to allow extra time for your journey and look out for further travel updates.

Local reports saying driver of the car going the wrong way has failed drugs/alcohol tests and that two driver going the right way have been killed. Talk about wrong place at the wrong time, poor buggers!
