The main factor is Mr Mowbray. He can't get into the players heads to perform the way the more talent Cookie can.

Also, Tony has been on the phone to tell me he is definitely going to tell the lads to try and score on Saturday. Apparently, the plan against Gillingham was to hope they scored an own-goal. He accepts now that our players haven't practised that enough in training, so he's moved on.
