With the completion of the Jozefzoon signing we now have, for the 1-4-3-3 system FL seems to be playing, a combined total of NINETEEN players for the front 6 roles.

That would make it TWENTY for 6 places. Our third bid, yes, 3rd bid, of, allegedly, £3M for Posh striker Marriott. Turned down.

Just wondering if everything is ‘on hold’ because of the Vydra situation. Is it not possible that a deal has actually been done for Vydra - probably with either Leeds or WBA - but is subject to a medical which, because of his recent groin operation, he is still unable to complete?
Possibly what we can spend on Marriott is dependent on what we get for Vydra and that deal definitely being completed...that’s my theory anyway, but if Marriott, as League 1 golden boot winner, is worth £6m then it can’t be unreasonable to expect £11-12m for the Championship’s golden boot winner.
If Vydra moves on, I thank him for last season and wish him well. Unless he goes to Leeds in which case I wish him a drastic loss of formQuote:
