India has more poverty than the whole of sub Sahara Africa. Is it their fault that their government is trying to launch a space programme rather than feed their own people? This £100m will probably save lives, and is definitely a better investment than £1.5b to pay off the DUP, but hey what do I know....
India said in 2012 they didn't want or need our money.
It may have more poverty than sub Sahara Africa but India is also one of the richest. Why should certain pockets of India live in utter opulence while the others live in abject poverty. It's up to their government to sort it out and not us. This British Empire, like the slave trade, is a thing of the past. Not relevant today.
