Charlton fall to their first defeat in 7 league matches and came out on the wrong side of the 8 goals scored as the Charlton defence crumbled. It's ironic that the defeat comes after Lee Bowyer is nominated for the League 1 Manager of the month award after an excellent September results-wise.

Lyle Taylor scored for the Add1cks on 17 minutes then Joe Aribo on 22 and 68 minutes.

For S****horpe the 5 goals were scored by Goode on 3, Borthwick-Jackson 30, 38, Morris penalty 72, Humphrys 90+2 minutes.

Charlton drop a few places to 8th in the L 1 table.
