Is Pierce Bird considered a club developed player yet?

He's 19 now so is this his under 19 season or was it last season?

So far this season we've always included one of Howes, Dunn, Etete or Osbourne on the bench but today we didn't and Bird was the only player that might qualify, should probably keep it quiet if Bird doesn't count XD
