The fixture list at the start of the season was horrendous.
We had 2 points from 9 games... 3 points from 10.
Now, from 28 games we have 31.
8 wins and only 6 defeats in half a season worth of games.
That form is worth 50 odd points over a full season.
1.He needs to stay.
2.Ashley needs to go.
3.I need to come back.
3 cannot happen until 2 does.
I suspect the choice of Manquillo instead of Yedlin was also in part due to Burnley's aerial threat and lack of pace up front. Yedlin has in the past been shown to be suspect when the ball is in the air.
Also I think we should drop the w spelling, now that he is playing in his preferred position he has shown an improvement imo - and also I have never liked the concept of slagging off our own players for lack of quality, if they are just taking the piss then fine
