Mel no longer in control of DCFC

Companies House documents reveal:

Now since MM owns Gellaw 203 100% and is the sole director of it, how can he possibly have ceased to be a person with significant control over DCFC??

Because Companies House don't understand the link between Gellaw and Mel? Their database doesn't make the connection human brains do?

erm no, its because MM should never have ceased to be a controller, or at the very least should have ceased and re-become a controller on the same day via a different intermediate holding company.

Its not up to companies house to make the link, its up to the company / shareholder / controller to disclose it
