Sometimes an injury forces a manager to make a change that they would not otherwise have made. Hurst for Greaves in '66 or Beardsley (was it?) for Bryan Robson in the '86 World Cup. I'm fond of Ash The Bash, but J-Rod has had a new lease of life since The Bash has had his op. Maybe he thinks this is my opportunity?
