Brexit wouldn’t have got past the first hurdle and a weak indecisive PM and an ultra cautious Chancellor compared to what we have now would be the thing of nightmares.
I hesitate to use the word “lucky” in the circumstances but we probably are.
It's lucky it didn't happen last November, at least we can sit out in the sun.
