Sadly passed away aged 71 .
An ever present in the 78/79 4th division promotion winning team under Allan Clarke .
John was a very dependable right back and made a total of 145 appearances for us in the late 70's .
RIP John

Remember him. RIP John.
I always got the feeling he was underated , far from it in my opinion ,

I was lucky enough to see him play in that 4th division promotion team and he was a great little player, sorry to hear he’s gone RIP John and thanks for the memories :blue:
