He's just announced this afternoon that we stand a fair to good chance of getting a deal sorted out with the E.U. before the end of the year.
Who do you believe? The Boris before, whilst seeking power, or the Boris after abusing power.

There’s a difference between the withdrawal agreement and a future trade deal.
