I have frequented 6 different pubs since the easing of lockdown all of them outside.
Only in 2 have I been required to leave contact details. My local wanted mobile and email address on a slip of paper. Another had a QR code on its menu to register a mobile from the group.
In 2 I have gone to the bar and ordered as usual, in 2 I've ordered at the bar and then they have been delivered and in 2 its waiter order and deliver.
2 'safety' measures in place have imo put me at greater risk. One pub insisted you used a key to access the toilets and another gave a numbered spoon so the waiters knew where to deliver drinks. All I saw saw was numerous people handling keys and spoons.
How much of this will become the new norm?
