It would be interesting to know exactly how the recruitment process works at the club these days. Does Ardley give a list to the owners, or do the owners (given their day job) give a list to Ardley, and then they arm wrestle over the potential signings?Quote:

Aren't League 2 switching to a squad of 20 odd players of which 8 have to be from your youth system. In that case, there will be a lot of free agents to choose fromQuote:
