Their website purrs along nicely from my end.
Got through on the phone eventually. For around 12 minutes a voice said they were very busy, and to hold for the next available member of the team. Now admittedly this was close to four o'clock, and I'll try again tomorrow to buy my season ticket, but if they've all gone home they need to find a way of telling us! That's over ten minutes on my landline bill. Not a great show, particularly since I'd been trying all day to get through.
Had another go online; got to the 'Choose your own tickets' 'map'. I'm trying to get a specific seat next to the people I've sat next to for over a decade. How do I check if a specific seat is still available - there are no row letters or seat numbers on the diagram.
As the pandemic stands it's all academic, but it shouldn't be this hard to give the club hundreds of pounds!
Sorry to be a pain - it's all probably dead simple!
