Fixtues

Sorry - should read Fixtures! (Can't edit the subject it seems.)

Tough start - 3 clubs relegated from the Championship and one play off loser in the first 5 games!:

Charlton (H) Hull (A) Franchise FC (H) Oxford Utd (A) Wigan (H) - and then both Sunderland and Ipswich away by the end of October. If we're doing OK by November it will tell us a lot. In terms of crowds, if more are allowed in by then, it's good we don't entertain those two till the New Year- and Shrewsbury final day at home!

Tough fixtures for sure, but historically promoted clubs tend to start well whilst relegated clubs do the opposite - so might as well get those games out of the way early if that trend continues!

Wigan look shot with players leaving en masse, much like Bury this time last year. For me the really tough one could be Oxford away - good side last year who have invested over the summer. Even so, it’s great to be talking about next season after all the summer uncertainty.

A lot of turmoil at Charlton so fingers crossed🙂
