Loan players dysfunction

We have a poor track record with loan player
Drinkwater NKDK Flanagan Balmford have come and gone at great expense and not troubled the scorers.
It seems the chairman is signing Loan players Sean doesn’t want and Sean won’t pick them.
Is this how you see it.
Even some signings seem to get binned too Wells whilst ones Sean clearly wants are let go.like Hendricks,

The top and bottom of it appears to me OC is the "system" we operate is dysfunctional. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing.

Since your enforced sabbatical Dave Baldwin has left the building and Neil Hart has replaced him as CEO. To say his impact has been "underwhelming" would be an understatement. :(
