Its a difficult one with Holloway because he's enjoyed the trappings of Championship and Premier league football himself. I think he had a bit of an epiphany later in life when he reminisced on his controversial walking out on Plymouth for the Leicester job saying what he did was essentially morally wrong and apologised to the Plymouth fans.
In footballing terms he's probably now seen as a bit of a dinosaur but I'm sure Grimsby fans are enjoying him at the moment and of course as a share holder of the club has a vested interest in voicing the comments he made in that interview. Can never doubt his passion though!
