Do not worry about what the EWM administrator / liquidator could do to 1921 re loan

According to the parchment of the last accounts there were tangible assets of £9.3 million. We also have a few quid coming in monthly from the Galloway / McCarron / Branthwaite / Henderson transfers and add-ons. The headline fees are not paid up front.

Can anyone supply details of the values of the individual tangible assets which make up this £9.3 million? It is a figure arrived at by professional valuers, signed off in the accounts by Moore & Smalley auditors and signed off also by Nigel Clibbens the 1921 Chief Executive whose core skills are in accountancy / audit. So let's not have any blighters challenging this £9.3 million tangible assets valuation.
