I’ve just watched the match day recap on YouTube and Salbauer in particular. Every time I watch him I can’t fail to see what a great leader he is. Apart from being a top player he’s forever talking to his team mates directing them and encouraging them and putting an arm around them if it’s not going right.
I think he’s a manager in the making and in years to come I’d like to see him back here in that role.
It's wot tha gets with experience.
The penny might finally be dropping that experience and the odd loan player are needed. Our experienced players--Sollbauer, Woodrow and Mowatt plus recent loans, James and Ludewig, are our best players.
