Last year my son bought me a drone.
This was the equivalent of buying Stevie Wonder a colour TV........I am the least technically minded person you’ll ever meet.
I’ve never expressed the slightest interest in one........I told him to take it back and spend the money on himself.......maybe that was his cunning plan all along 😆
My sister in law bought my about 8lbs of marzipan in bars the size of a large Lurpack butter on one Xmas 😫😫⚰️
For my 16th birthday off my dad I received two French/English Textbooks with the words you could be doing better in French according to your last school report. Guess what my sister got for her 16th. Spending money and a flight to Malta for 2 weeks so she could be with a lad she met the year before on holiday. My sister and I get on like a house on fire which is amazing as I could be forgiven for resenting her. Talk about a Daddies girl.
The most inappropriate presents at Xmas we generally get are stuff like flippin bath salts and soaps usually some of that lavender rubbish I'm not being ungrateful but these sorts of gifts are very unimaginative, i'd sooner have socks and pants like the old days.
I will edit to add who the flip uses bath salts anyway? especially as we all use a shower
I’m thinking of buying my sister in law a huge black dildo for Xmas 2021 to open at our house.
It wouldn’t be in appropriate in her case but it’d be funny to see her reaction!
