How has this become a accepted part of football, that the FA can prescribe hiring guidelines and quotas in regards to race?

So the best man for the job no longer exists, quotas must be filled.

Football is incredibly diverse, even at championship level, teams are filled with foreign names, players that have no playing history in the Uk.

Why cant the people who run football see this for what it is, politics.
